AERCO ORGANIZES AWARENESS RAISING ON CUSTOMER WELCOME AND SATISFACTION

As part of the continuous improvement of the quality of service to users of the terminal, in particular the passenger, AERCO carried out from Tuesday 05 to Thursday 07 July 2022 awareness sessions on “Welcome and Customer Satisfaction” at the A. A. NETO international airport in Pointe-Noire.

To this end, 200 people were able to participate in this awareness campaign, in particular entities operating in the terminal (state services, airlines, travel agencies, service providers, businesses, etc.).

This awareness is perfectly in line with AERCO’s mission to bring together all the players on the platform.

The activity ended on Thursday with a ceremony for the presentation of certificates of participation and a Smiling Day to give an important and convivial dimension to it.
